Most visualisation focuses on the thrill of arrival — which keeps the desire feeling distant. This builds a settled, boring, completely normal scene of your desire already being true. That distinction is what makes it actually land.
You'll know an end scene has truly landed when thinking about it produces calm rather than excitement. Excitement signals you're still outside the assumption, looking in at something you want. Calm signals you've stepped inside the assumption and are simply describing your life.
If your end scene still produces longing when you read it, it needs more ordinary, boring detail — not more drama. The goal is a Tuesday so unremarkable you'd almost forget to be grateful for it.
End Scenes pair with Frisson, The Silence, Threat Mode reset, and the Evidence Journal in the Complete Manifestation System.
